                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF FOUR
                   THOUSAND TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($4,025.00) FROM THE RETAINAGE BEING
                   WITHHELD FROM MEMPHIS CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR
                   LIQUIDATED DAMAGES, RELATIVE TO THE
                   TENNESSEE AQUARIUM STREET AND SEWER
                   RELOCATION, CONTRACT NO. 2.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       release of $4,025.00 from the $8,050.00 retainage being withheld
       from Memphis Construction, Inc. for liquidated damages, relative
       to the Tennessee Aquarium Street and Sewer Relocation, Contract
       No. 2.
